There are only a few ingredients in this dish. So it's all in the technique.
- 2 Baby Back Racks pork ribs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- BBQ Rub
Preheat oven to 325°
Rub ribs with BBQ seasoning. Let rest in refrigerator at least 2 hours, or overnight. Bake on sheet pan wrapped tightly with foil, with 1/4 cup liquid (water, chicken or light beef broth) in pan to steam.
Bake for 1 hour 45 minutes or until tender, but not falling off the bone. Preheat broiler or grill. Pour liquid out of pan. Brown ribs under broiler or on grill directly over hot coals, basting with barbecue sauce in layers to create a glaze.
