Glenn Lyman bio
Glenn Lyman rose to fame as personal chef to LeBron James of the NBA Cleveland Cavaliers. He founded Home Plate Personal Chef Service to provide his personal chef services to athletes and food enthusiasts of all kinds. Now, under parent company GCooks, Glenn is involved in a variety of fascinating, related culinary endeavors: providing personal chef services, placing chefs in other cities, advising restaurants on upgrading their menu items and seasonings, making celebrity chef appearances, marketing a line of GCooks seasonings, being named Official Chef for Lynx Professional Grills, and establishing himself as one of the true authorities on grilling and barbecuing.
Glenn is passionate about using the freshest, local ingredients and loves to entertain in the outdoor kitchen. He also supports family dinner as the ultimate quality time for families of all sizes.
