When in Rome...

Rome was incredible! Linda and I had a blast. The Panini’s in the park were incredible and the Pizza in the street and pasta at the Trattoria were unlike anything in the states. Wow! The ham hanging in the doorways and the bread?!?!?! Can’t wait to get back. They Eat Like They Mean It! Here are just a few of the pictures from many memories...

Shire Gate Grass-fed beef is where it's at!

My good friend Will Witherspoon, NFL Tennessee Titans, is on a mission off the field. He owns Shire Gate Farm , where grass-fed cattle shine on their own field.

Will asked me to cook some up and give my feedback. It's amazing when the cattle are grazing! So much cleaner, lighter and brighter tasting than traditional beef. It's way more healthful and doesn't weigh you down.

Serve it more rare than not for nutrient rich quality and texture. Look for much more of G|Cooks and Shire Gate.
