Some chefs find solace in their own quiet kitchens. Not Glenn Lyman. Glenn enjoys the social aspect of cooking and dining. “Food is only 20% of the experience,” insists Glenn. “The rest is the pleasure of gathering, celebrating and enjoying.” He feels comfortable as a personal chef in someone else’s kitchen, relishes meal time with the family, and loves grilling and barbecuing in an outdoor kitchen among family and friends.
